To figure the pricing for overall quilting and pantographs measure your quilt: length x width x 0.01. Example: a 72" x 72" quilt would be 72 x 72 x 0.01=$51.84. Some quilts may cost more based on pattern selection. Generally speaking an overall meandering pattern or simple pantograph will be one cent per inch. If you wish to have borders done separating requiring the quilt to be turned there is an extra charge of $10.00. Custom quilting and or motif quilting runs from .013-.02 per inch or greater. Prices will vary by complexity of design. Some designs may appear quite simplistic but require frequent thread changes or starts and stops. You will always be quoted your price prior to beginning the work on your quilt. Batting can be provided. I use Hobbs Heirloom Cotton 80/20. You are welcome to use mine or provide your own. You need to provide your own backing unless arrangements are made prior to beginning your project. Backing and batting need to be at least 4 inches larger than your quilt top.
All services will be billed after your quilt is finished. There is an additional charge for "rush items". Payment is expected within 30 days of completed service. Any late payments will incur and additional late fee based upon original billing. A $25.00 NSF will apply for all returned checks. |
